What is the return policy?
We want you to love your portable espresso maker! If you're not completely satisfied, we do offer refunds under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and manuals.
- The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
- A valid proof of purchase is required.
Used or opened items unfortunately cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
When will I get my order?
Delivery times vary depending on your location, but for most addresses within Australia, you can expect your order to arrive within 2 to 7 business days.
Please note that rural or remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times. If you have any questions about shipping to your location, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You’ll always see the exact shipping cost at checkout — no surprises.
We’re happy to offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 within Australia.
For orders under $100, shipping costs will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
